The measures implemented cover a wide range of subjects, from the recommended barrier gestures to the cleaning products used, including new cleaning procedures for our rooms and all common areas, as well as adapted service offers.
Please find below what we have implemented for the special COVID-19 hygiene protocol:
- Strengthening our hygiene and cleaning measures
- Deep cleaning of every bedroom, bathroom and common area before reopening and each time a client departs the room
- Deep cleaning of common areas and specifically door handles, switches, room card keys between each customer journey
- Systematically change our cleaning tools between each room, especially the microfiber cloths and sponges
- Systematically change of all the linen and all amenities available in the room between each clients’ journey
- Use of unscented disinfectant detergent product according to the standard
- Use of unscented disinfectant detergent for room cleaning
Additional equipment and prevention are put in place for our team to assure everyone’s safety:
- Staff is equipped with masks, gloves and hydro-alcoholic gel
- The team is trained to respect barrier gestures and make sure to wash their hands as regularly as possible and after any interaction

- Breakfast delivered in-room with our special “breakfast bags”
- Tailor-made meals in collaboration with the PASTA VINO grocery store
- Available hydro-alcoholic gels and masks
- The possibility of check-in and check-out online
