Our guests benefit from different cancellation conditions :

- Flexible rate : no prepayment needed, free cancellation within 3 days before arrival then 100% of the stay due.
- Semi-flexible rate : upon booking, the first night without extras is invoiced and non-refundable. If cancelled beyond 3 days before arrival, the first 2 nights without extras will be charged and non-refundable. If the client cancels within 3 days of arrival, the entire amount will be charged. If cancelled on the day of arrival or in case of no show, 100% of the reservation is invoiced and non-refundable.
- Non-refundable rate : full prepayment of total stay is charged upon booking, with no free cancellation possible.
